Aids is high in poorer neighborhoods, because of a lack of education. If noone tells them to use a condom or provides them with some they’ll continue to pass it around. Also there’s no way for them to get regular HIV tests so that they even know they have the virus.

theyre poor in general and poor people tend to be less educated about safe sex and have more sex partners which means it spreads faster
